| Quarantine |
Passengers will receive a quarantine questionnaire while on board the aircraft.
Please fill in the necessary information and submit it to the Quarantine
counter on arrival.
Visit the Health Consultation Office at once if you suffer any symptoms such
as a fever or diarrhea.

| Immigration |
Please proceed to the booth titled either “Japanese Passport” or “Foreign Passport” and present your passport to the immigration officer.

|
| Baggage Claim |
At the baggage claim area, please claim your baggage from the carousel that is
displaying your flight number and cross-check it with your baggage receipt
number.
If you could not find your baggage or your baggage is damaged,
please contact the airline staff.

| Plant Quarantine |
Passengers bringing plants into Japan must go through an import inspection at "Plant
Quarantine" before heading to the regular customs inspection center.

| Animal Quarantine |
Passengers bringing pets or meat products must go to the Animal Quarantine
counter before going to the regular customs inspection center.

| Customs Inspections |
Passengers who have not exceeded the duty-free allowance should go to the table with green lights. Passengers with more than the duty-free allowance or those who are unsure should go to the table with red lights.
Passengers with more than the duty-free allowance or with unaccompanied baggage or items must submit a Customs declaration form.
All applicable taxes should be paid at the bank in the immigration area.
