Advantages of Kitakyushu Airport
01
Intersection between Kyushu, Higashi-Kyushu, and Chugoku Expressways.
Goods can be collected from a wider area, including Kyushu as well as Nishi-Chugoku.
02
Proximity to Asia
Global network can be built by connecting to hub airports in Asia (e.g. Incheon Airport).
03
Offshore airport
Special cargo transport is available by sea and air transport taking advantage of seawalls at the airport island.
04
Scalability of airport functions
3,000m-runway will enable long-haul direct operations to the US and European market.
We also have 70ha of land avalable for future concentration of logistics facilities.
